Who can do this fundraiser?

How does the program work?

  • Each participant will receive one sample box of cards, a letter to explain the process and an order envelope to collect money and track sales.
  • The participant uses the box as a selling tool. The quality of the keepsake box, birthday cards and custom gift bag for distribution are amazing! It basically sells itself!
  • We will provide you with everything you need to make the fundraiser a succuss including promotional materials to promote your fundraiser, social media posting banners and sample email to send out to your community.
  • If you do not sell any boxes the starter box must also be returned; otherwise keep it and you will deliver it to one of your customers, so please keep it in good shape.

Recommended Fundraiser Timeframe

  • Fundraisers are typically open for 2-3 weeks from start to finish (start on a Friday and include 2-3 weekends).

Do we collect payment at the time cards are ordered?

* Yes, payment should be collected at the time of sale.

Who should customers make payments payable to?

  • Customers will provide cash or check payments payable to your organization.
  • At the end of the fundraiser your organization will provide a check to Diversity Box of Cards in the amount corresponding to the number of boxes sold.
  • Payment amount will be minus the amount of percentage earned by your organization. Other modes of payment collect can be arranged if your organization so chooses.

Are there any incentives for selling?

  • Yes! We try to make our selling incentives prizes tailored towards your organization and its participants. Idea/options and selling incentives for your fundraiser will be emailed to you in the starting instructions before your fundraiser.
  • Cost for incentive prizing will not reduce the amount of cash awarded to your organization and will help to increase excitement and participation.

How Will Fundraiser Participants Receive Their Order?

All card boxes will be delivered to the fundraiser's / organization location and the organization will distribute or arrange for pick up.

How do I start my fundraiser?

Please fill out the Fundraiser Request Form . Once we have reviewed your information we will set up a short phone call or email to learn more about your needs. We will design and create all of the branded digital assets and/printable materials you will need at no cost to you. Then you will be emailed a Fundraiser Order Form and promo flyers to print off for your participants and sample boxes will be delivered to your location. Typically the fundraiser runs for over a two week period. You distribute the sales flyers/order forms and collect payments.  To close out your fundraiser you send back the Fundraiser Tally Sheet and we will organize the boxes of cards for deliver to your drop off location. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for the cards to arrive. Upon arrival, your organization will then arrange for pickup or deliver the cards to those who made a purchase.
